Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is concluded between Heda VIP Transfer (Seller) and the customer (Buyer) making a reservation via our website, subject to Turkish consumer protection law and distance selling regulations.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is the provision of VIP transfer services by the Seller to the Buyer under the conditions and prices stated on the website.

3. Order and Price

Prices stated at the time of reservation are final. All prices are in Euro (€); payment by credit card is accepted. Payment is secured by SSL certificate.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In distance selling, the consumer has a right of withdrawal. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the transfer are free. To exercise your right contact us.

5. Refund

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the amount paid is refunded within 7–14 business days to the same payment method.

6. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts in Antalya.
