Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Service Delivery
Heda VIP Transfer services are provided from the point and time specified in the reservation. The transfer is complete when the customer is safely delivered to the destination.
2. Cancellation and Change Conditions
2.1. Free Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer.
- Free cancellation applies in case of flight cancellation or delay.
2.2. Late Cancellation
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before transfer: 50% of the fee is charged.
- Cancellation after transfer time: full fee is charged.
3. Reservation Changes
Changes to date, time or route can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the transfer. For change requests contact us via our contact page or by phone.
4. Refunds
Refunds for cancelled reservations are processed within 7–14 business days to the same payment method. For refund requests contact us.
5. Special Circumstances
If the service cannot be provided due to weather, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control, a full refund is made or an alternative date/time is offered.
